• When leaving Logan Airport, Follow Signs carefully, take SUMNER Tunnel to I-93 North
• There will be a $3.00 toll at the entrance to the tunnel.
• Take I-93 North to Woburn
• Merge to I-95 South (also known as Route 128 South).
• Take exit #32A for Route 3 North.
• Follow Route 3 directions below:

• Follow Route I-495 to exit #35A for Route 3 South.

• Take Masspike I-90
• Follow Route 495 North to exit #35A for Route 3 South.
• Follow Route 3 directions below:

• Take exit #27 for Concord Road, Billerica.
• Take right at end of ramp.
• Once on Concord Road continue for a quarter mile to set of lights (junction of Middlesex Turnpike) take right onto Middlesex Turnpike and continue for about 2 miles.
• Pass Nutting's Lake (on right and left side of road);
• After passing the Mobil Station, take a right onto Manning Park.
• Take second left for Fortune Drive, Bruker Optics is the second building on the right. ( as seen above )
